Advocate
Provides spiritual and logistical leadership to an advocacy team that provides peace of mind to women facing the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy, utilizing life-saving information with relational rapport. Advocates give one 4-hour shift per week.
Nurse
Performs pregnancy tests, STI tests, answers pregnancy-related and medical questions, and educates about sexually transmitted diseases. Nurses give one 4-hour shift per week.
Receptionist
The receptionist has the first contact with patients. She greets patients, offers a beverage, answers the phone, and performs other office tasks. Receptionists give one 4-hour shift per week.
Helpliner
Provides peace of mind to women facing the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy by scheduling patients for an appointment to receive life-saving information from Care Net Advocates. Helpliners can volunteer from home.
Follow-up Specialist
Provides ongoing support during the patient’s pregnancy through follow-up phone calls. Follow-up Specialists give one 2-hour shift per week.
Data Entry Specialist
Enters patient information into the clinic’s database in the evenings and on weekends when the clinic is closed. Time commitment is 2 hours each week.
Mommy and Me and Sexual Integrity Program Specialist
The Mommy and Me and Sexual Integrity Programs are long-term patient care programs focused on one-on-one mentoring and education with incentives for goals met. Mommy and Me specialists equip patients to be the best parents they can be, whether they choose to parent or make an adoption plan. Sexual Integrity specialists work with patients who desire to be accountable and learn to have integrity in all areas of their lives. These specialists give one 4-hour shift per week.
Abortion Recovery Specialist
Guides patients who have had personal experience with abortion through Bible studies such as Forgiven and Set Free and Her Choice to Heal as they seek forgiveness and healing. Time commitment varies.
Board of Directors
The Board consists of volunteers who have vision and passion for the ministry. They provide oversight and accountability for the CEO and set policies. Board members are expected to support the Clinic financially and take part in fundraising and donor development. The Board meets the second Monday of the month
Helping Hands Team
Help with mailings, copying, clerical and other administrative support duties. May also help organize and execute fundraising events such as our annual Banquet, Walk for Life, and Baby Bottle Campaign. Time commitment varies.
Building and Grounds Maintenance Team
Assist with a variety of chores such as regular cleaning, maintenance, snow removal, and spring and fall cleanup. Time commitment varies.
Prayer Team
Ensures that all the Clinic’s programs, volunteers, staff, and patients are covered in prayer.
