Care Net Pregnancy and Resource Clinic of Casper is a Christian, life-affirming service organization providing emotional, spiritual and material support to women dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. Our goal is to erase the perceived need for abortion in our

community by effectively serving pregnant, at risk women, transforming their fears into confidence. We empower women to make an informed choice about their pregnancy options. It is also our goal to see women healed from the sorrow and guilt that often follows abortion. All of our services are free of charge.
Many women find themselves in positions where they feel they have no other choice but abortion. Over 1 million abortions are performed in this country every year. Thirty to 60 percent of women who abort report being pressured to do so. Abortion is linked with higher rates of depression, suicide and substance abuse. Unresolved abortion trauma affects marriages and families. Abortion also increases the risk of premature births. Our clinic seeks to empower women to fully explore all of their choices—abortion, adoption and parenting. Our clinic is unique in that we are truly pro-woman—we provide medically accurate education and information on all options and do not stand to gain financially from any choice she makes.
The Clinic is open Tuesday (10am-4pm), Wednesday (10am-5:00pm) and Thursday (10am-4pm). Trained pregnancy consultants make sure our patients fully understand all of their options. A laboratory quality pregnancy test is administered by a staff nurse. Women who test positive are offered a free ultrasound performed by a registered nurse trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound. Patients who are pregnant for the first time and are 21 years old or younger are invited to participate in our long-term patient care program, Mommy and Me. We recently added limited sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment to our list of services.
The Clinic Casper collaborates with many other agencies in town and is able to refer our patients for medical, financial and spiritual help. Adoption is presented in a caring, non-pressured atmosphere. Though not an adoption agency, the Clinic is in a unique position to help dispel the myths and misinformation that surround the subject of adoption. Patients are also invited to explore our Sexual Integrity Program. Our Abortion Recovery Program is for women suffering the effects of abortion, known as post-abortion syndrome.
Since our opening in 1987, more than 8300 women and families have walked through our doors.
